Thoughts on "The Refuge" by Terry Tempest Williams

In The Refuge by Terry Tempest Williams demonstrates a person’s willingness to stand up against what one thinks is what’s wrong at any cost. She blames certain people for destroying the natural environment. By describing men as viewing nature as physical rather than finding the beauty, and says that she feels almost powerless. Her opinions are very strong and she almost forces them on you right away. I agree with standing up for what you thing is right, but a part of me thinks that you shouldn’t force people to think a certain way and you should let them think for themselves.
